Annie @ knitsofacto

Just catching up here :) Such glorious colours in this post!

A belated congrats on your book's publication :D

Sara Sinaguglia

Hi Annie, thanks on both counts! Yes, it's good to finally see the book 'out there' so to speak. I am loving your blog and envious of your new studio - looking forwards to seeing it once you've set up home in it ;-)

Rachel Prince

Sara,
I love your ideas and colours, those will look amazing hanging from your tree, can I ask what make etc. the yarn is.
Thank you Rachel x

Sara S

Hi Rachel,
Thank you! Yes, the purple and gold are both Anchor/Coats 'Pearl Cotton', no.8 (not sure of colour code - I've lost the labels!) and the linen natural yarn is Anchor Artiste 'Linen Crochet Thread', no.10, colour Ecru 392. They make great little hanging decorations - I work using a 1.25mm hook and if necessary, dip them in hot sugar solution and dry to give added strength (you can always wash it out after Christmas!). Have a lovely w/end Rachel, birds eye button tutorial up next week! S x
